Mercer University President William D. Underwood announces on Dec. 10, 2015, that Mercer has accepted the donation of the historic Capricorn Sound Studios in downtown Macon, Georgia, from Sierra Development and Southern Pine Plantations. The building will be restored as Mercer Music at Capricorn, which will be part of a major development including the Lofts at Capricorn.
